Tabcorp has over 20 years’ experience and an enviable reputation in the competitive gaming market. To complement Tabcorp’s suite of products including TAB, Keno, Luxbet and SKY, Tabcorp Gaming Solutions (TGS) was established in 2012 to deliver a complete service solution for New South Wales and Victorian pubs and clubs.

Paul has been involved in the Australian hospitality industry for over 20 years. He has held senior management positions with Tabcorp across Gaming, Retail Wagering and Keno, gaining extensive experience in the gaming retail space. As General Manager of Tabcorp Gaming Solutions, Paul leads his team in driving sustained business performance improvement with venues that deliver market leading customer experiences.

Adam joined TGS in 2014 and leads the Victorian based business partnership team to provide strategic support and industry insight to drive performance for over 150 venue customers. Having experience across the retail; sports and leisure; finance and banking; and hospitality sectors, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and skill in relation to the implementation of best-practice operations necessary to achieve successful outcomes.

Head of Marketing - Gaming

John has over 10 years of marketing and loyalty experience in the hospitality, casino and gaming industries with seven years at Crown Melbourne working across a number of portfolios and has a Bachelor of Business with a co-major in Advertising and Marketing.  John leads the TGS marketing and loyalty team, working with venues to maximise their profitability, grow local market share and drive customer engagement through the provision of marketing and loyalty strategy and campaigns, graphic design and CRM.

Riccardo has been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years, including seven years as Group Gaming Manager for the Easts Group of Clubs/Sydney Roosters. Having worked across the country in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, Riccardo brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge in the gaming entertainment sector. His venue performance team are responsible for the analysis of gaming performance, selection of gaming product and successful deployment for TGS customer venues.

As a leading gaming and hospitality design specialist with over 20 years’ experience, Angela works collaboratively to achieve strong visitation growth and retention through best-in-class design recommendations inclusive of design consultation, floorplan optimisation, furnishings, fixtures and finishes.
