Paul has been involved in the Australian hospitality industry for over 20 years. He has held senior management positions with Tabcorp across Gaming, Retail Wagering and Keno, gaining extensive experience in the gaming retail space. As General Manager of Tabcorp Gaming Solutions, Paul leads his team in driving sustained business performance improvement with venue partners.
State Manager NSW
Basim is responsible for managing the TGS team in New South Wales. He is an experienced venue operator, previously General Manager of Knox Club in Melbourne, with rounded knowledge in food, beverage and gaming operations, as well as large team management. His focus is the delivery of service, within the guidelines of GSA, ensuring the overall success of New South Wales partnered venues.
State Manager VIC
Adam has wide experience across the retail; sports and leisure; finance and banking; and hospitality sectors. In his current role, he is responsible for TGS operations across Victoria.
Head of Marketing, Gaming
John Ioane leads the TGS marketing and loyalty team, working with venues to maximise their profitability, grow local market share and drive customer engagement. John has over 10 years of marketing and loyalty experience in the hospitality, casino and gaming industries with seven years at Crown Melbourne working across a number of portfolios including F&B, player programs and whole of complex brand and activations. The TGS marketing team support our clients through the provision of marketing and loyalty strategy and campaigns, graphic design and CRM.
Head of Venue Performance
Riccardo has been in the hospitality industry for 24 years, including seven years as Group Gaming Manager for the Easts Group of Clubs/Sydney Roosters. His venue performance team are responsible for the successful deployment of TGS partner venues and training of their staff.
